Nicholas is the Support Manager for a boutique consultancy in the South Loop of Chicago. This includes managing ongoing support initiatives for clients across multiple verticals; including consumer products, manufacturing, local government and non-profit organizations. Nicholas also manages relationships with clients and their third party design and technology partners to ensure a timely fulfillment and delivery of the support life-cycle process.
Nicholas collaborates with a team of twenty internal resources to continuously monitor and improve internal support processes and procedures. He’s responsible for capturing business and financial requirements for support initiatives; and for ensuring weekly goals are met by all team members. Nicholas actively maintains budget for support clients and provides weekly status updates to client stakeholders regarding financial and project status.
